I offer a range of online counselling services tailored to meet your individual needs. My approach focuses on understanding and responding to your needs; offering support and guidance for wellbeing whether related to your own or others' mental health challenges, trauma experiences, identity exploration, or addiction issues.
Mental health
Comprehensive support for a wide range of mental health experiences, fostering resilience and coping strategies.
Trauma recovery
Guidance, therapeutic interventions, and referral for specialist treatment for individuals navigating the complexities of trauma recovery.
Identity
Support for those experiencing identity difficulties; including (but not limited to) culture, gender, and sexual identity; in a safe and affirming space.
Addiction
Empathetic and effective counselling for individuals grappling with addiction issues, supporting their journey to recovery.
I also offer comprehensive alcohol and other drug assessments.
Whānau
Understanding, empathy, and support for those who are trying to support someone else with challenges; whether acceptance related or knowing how to do so.

Allies Counselling began because I have a deep passion for supporting diverse individuals on their mental health journeys. I offer an online counselling service, based in Christchurch, New Zealand.
My approach uses a variety of modalities to ensure everything I do reflects my commitment to creating a safe, welcoming, and effective therapeutic environment for everyone needing an ally.
What to expect
You will receive a link offering an online appointment. The first one will be a combination of assessment and whakawhanaungatanga (getting to know one another). This will be followed by ongoing support as agreed with and required by you.
